About Us
Winter Windows is a growing double glazing and window/door installation company. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our showroom team and help customers find the right products for their home.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom — welcoming them, showcasing our range of windows and doors, booking appointments, and working closely with management to convert enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers into the showroom
- Showcase and explain our full range of products
- Book customer appointments and follow up on enquiries
- Work with management to generate and close sales
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain a clean, presentable showroom
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Punjabi
- Full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Polite, respectful, and professional manner
- Strong team player
- Motivated with a genuine willingness to learn
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Quick learner — no sales experience necessary, full training provided
