Body shop Manager
Reporting to After-sales Manager
Location: – Isleworth
Salary: Basic £55K per annum plus commission (OTE £60K per annum) and Company vehicle.
Working hours: 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
Duties
In consultation with the After Sales Manager establish and administer operating standards and policies.
In discussion with the After Sales manager establish daily, weekly, monthly and yearly labor sales figures.
Carry out quality control.
Maintain a satisfactory service to retail customers and internal departments, obtaining an acceptable share of the available market.
Co-ordinate all activities within the Body Repair area to ensure maximum profits are achieved, objectives are met and CRS targets are achieved.
Ensure that the work carried out by the Bodyshop achieves the required levels of profitability, work quality and customer satisfaction.
To arrange the flow of work in the most efficient manner; maximize the sale of labour and materials whilst adhering to agreed completion dates.
Ensure that Bodyshop staff productivity is maintained at 100% with idle time kept to a minimum.
JOB KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-5+ years in the Auto body repair industry, with proven supervisory or management experience.
Proficiency in Body Management Systems (BMS) like Autoflow and estimating systems like Audatex or Mitchell.
Exceptional negotiation and customer-facing skills to handle disputes and communicate effectively with insurers and clients.
