You'll work closely with Site and Contracts Managers to understand how different construction methods and changes on site affect cost, programme and commercial outcomes.
-
You'll help review subcontractor payment applications and learn how valuations, payments and cost control processes operate in practice.
-
You'll support the commercial team with monthly cost reports, valuations and final accounts, developing confidence working with Excel and construction management systems.
-
You'll gradually build the confidence to communicate professionally with colleagues, subcontractors, consultants and clients as your experience develops.
Where you'll be based
You'll join our London Region, where we've built basements, refurbished iconic homes and added ultra-high finishes to a long list of homes.
