Hours: Monday–Thursday 8.00am–5.00pm, Friday 8.00am–2.00pm

We are a small, family-run business specialising in bespoke 3-piece alloy wheels and are looking for an experienced Powdercoater to join our friendly, close-knit team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing and powder coating wheel parts to a consistently high standard. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to support other areas of the factory when required.
Duties Include
- Preparing alloy wheel parts ready for powdercoating
- Sanding and finishing components
- Using flap wheels and abrasive tools
- Washing and cleaning parts
- Applying primer and colour powder coatings
- Masking and occasional two-tone colour applications
- Operating a track oven system
- Carrying out multiple colour changes
- Quality checking finished parts
- Assisting with manual assembly and other factory duties when required
- Keeping a clean and tidy work area
Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' powder coating experience
- Experience using a track oven system
- Experience with frequent colour changeovers
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and assess your own work
- Flexible approach and willingness to help across the factory
- Reliable with a positive attitude
