- Full-time hours only - Mon - Fri Full-time 9:00am - 5pm
- Salary £13.03 per hour
- Salary paid monthly 28th of each month
Partridges are a family owned and run business providing fulfilment solutions, direct mailing, marketing merchandise and print facilities to a variety of clients, predominantly charities.
Our fulfilment (pick, pack and despatch) service has grown considerably over recent years.
Along with web based shop orders we also provide pack make-up and a variety of mailing requirements.
We are accredited by Royal Mail, providing area sortation before our mailings are collected.
All our services are bespoke to our individual customer’s needs, meaning the work is very varied.

We are looking for an individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Runner, supporting our picker packers by ensuring the smooth flow of stock, packaging materials and completed orders throughout the warehouse. This role is essential in helping maintain an efficient operation and ensuring customer orders are prepared for collection and despatch accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience; however, full training will be provided during the induction process.
The role may vary to meet the needs of the business.
Job duties :
- Sort packed customer orders into the correct shipping routes and courier services (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD and Click & Drop)
- Prepare completed orders for daily courier collections
- Restock packing stations with boxes, tape and other packaging materials
- Remove empty totes from packing stations and return them for picker use
- Collect and return completed picking tags to the picking team
- Assist the Stock Controller with replenishing warehouse stock during quieter periods
- Help maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures within the warehouse

This is a physically demanding role and will involve manual handling, standing for extended periods, and lifting packages of various sizes, shapes and weights.
