Experienced Self-Employed Barber Wanted
I’m looking for an experienced, passionate barber to join my private barbershop on a self-employed basis.
I’ve been barbering for over 6 years and have successfully run my own shop for the last 4 years, building a fully booked client base through hard work, consistency, and pride in my craft. I’m now looking for someone who shares those same values and wants to grow with the business as it expands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right barber. I’m not just looking for someone to fill a chair — I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of something bigger, with the potential to help open more shops in the future and eventually take on the responsibility of running larger barber shops as the business grows.
Working Days:
- Sunday & Monday
- Self-employed
- 0-hour contract

On your working days, you’ll have exclusive use of the entire shop, meaning you’ll be running it independently as if it were your own business. No sharing chairs, no micromanagement — just complete independence, with real potential to grow alongside the business.
What I’m looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ barbering experience.
- A genuine passion for barbering and delivering high-quality work.
- Someone who takes pride in every haircut and values customer experience.
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated.
- An existing, solid local clientele is highly preferred.
- Confident working independently and managing the shop on your own.
- Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business and take advantage of future opportunities.
