Job Overview
As the Commercial Aftersales Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all Commercial Aftersales activities. Working closely with the Project Management Team, you will help ensure customer expectations are effectively managed and that any outstanding issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
This role requires excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal teams and external partners. You will be proactive, detail-orientated, and confident in driving positive change while supporting colleagues to achieve best possible outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Project Team in improving processes to enhance efficiency, service, delivery and profitability.
- Coordinate with external aftersales partner to plan and schedule aftersales works in line with company standards and targets.
- Create, manager, and monitor jobs within the Procore system.
- Assist with customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries and escalating technical issues where required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, identifying opportunities to improve reporting and workflows.
- Track NCRs, manage supporting imagery, provide regular customer updates, and prepare management reports.
- Support initiatives to reduce snagging issues through effective scheduling and effective customer communication.
Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
