About the role
We're looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team, providing clinical leadership and direct support to our residents. You'll play a key role in:
- Delivering and reviewing PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) plans, acute care plans, and risk management strategies
- Leading on clinical assessments, medication management, and physical health monitoring
- Supporting residents through relapse prevention, recovery-focused care, and community integration
- Working closely with MDT partners, commissioners, and families
- Mentoring and upskilling support staff on the ground
- Contributing to audits, safeguarding processes, and CQC-standard documentation
What we're looking for
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Experience working with forensic and/or complex mental health presentations (essential)
- Strong understanding of PBS, risk assessment, and least-restrictive practice
- Confident, compassionate clinical leadership — someone who can hold a room and hold a plan
