Ealing Trailfinders CC in West London are looking for a special individual to manage and coordinate activities in our junior cricket section. We are based at the beautiful Trailfinders Sports Club and are committed to nurturing the next generation of cricketers by creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where every child can develop their skills, make friends, and fall in love with the sport.
As our Junior Cricket Manager, you’ll ensure our young players feel supported, valued, and motivated—both on and off the pitch. From organising fixtures to fostering a positive team spirit, you’ll play a vital role in shaping not just better cricketers, but better people.
Responsibilities
- Manage the junior section of Ealing Trailfinders Cricket Club including winter and summer training sessions, matches, administration and other events
- Support the recruitment of coaches and ensure their coaching sessions are compliant and fun
- Support the Team Managers in matches and ensure they are appropriately skilled to deliver a good experience for the children
- Have a zero-tolerance approach to safeguarding ensuring all sessions are safe and personnel ECB Safe Hands compliant
- Build an effective pathway to encourage older juniors to transition into the adult section.
- Organise and manage holiday cricket camps and Masterclass sessions.
- Back fill for any coach absences, running sessions where needed.
- Develop coaching support staff/helpers to progress to ECB coach education programmes
Experience
- Experience of managing a junior cricket section at club level in the UK or overseas
- ECB Level 2 coach (or equivalent) minimum
- Up to date DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding certification
- Knowledge of cricket systems preferred e.g. Play-Cricket, Pitchero and Clubspark

Pay: Up to £9,500.00 per year
