Duties
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React and Angular.
- Support the integration of APIs and web services to enable seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement wireframes and ensure optimal user experience.
- Contribute to version control management using Git and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
- Help automate deployment processes utilizing tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible for efficient software delivery.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging across various browsers and devices to ensure robust performance.
- Document development processes, technical specifications, and project progress for team transparency.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, SCSS, AJAX, jQuery, and responsive web design principles.
- Basic understanding of back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django (Python), Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET (C#).
- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server; knowledge of database querying using SQL is essential.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control systems like GitHub or SVN; experience with CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies such as GraphQL, REST APIs, Web services, and DevOps practices.
