We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency
- Assist with menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas for new dishes
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Assist with the management of stock levels within the kitchen , including ordering supplies when necessary
- Train junior team members and provide guidance on cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used correctly and maintained properly
Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Experience working with diverse cuisines is advantageous
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
