Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Infrastructure
- Manage and maintain office hardware, servers, and networks.
- Monitor firewalls, network switches, and all bank's IT assets.
- Provide first-line technical support to all bank staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking IT security protocols.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, Head Office, and other system providers.
- Oversee regular data backups and system updates.
General Affairs & Operations
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and internal/external networking.
- Manage relationships with building management and vendors.
- Procure office supplies, furniture, and IT equipment.
- Maintain asset registers and inventory control logs.
- Coordinate health and safety compliance for the workplace.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and business travel.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a highly related IT field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of IT support experience is preferred.
- Tech Skills: Strong knowledge of network maintenance, Windows Active Directory, O365, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
- Qualifications: Other IT-related certifications or professional qualifications are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
