Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic IT & Programming Tutor Assistant to lead fun, engaging, and educational lessons for young learners. You will teach coding, digital skills, and tech subjects using our curriculum while supporting students’ individual learning needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in all learners
- Communicate with parents regarding progress
- Keep accurate records of sessions and attendance
Skills & Requirements
- No experience needed but helpful
-No knowledge in the IT field is needed but helpful
The ideal candidate is:
- Energetic, confident, and great with children
- Able to explain concepts clearly
- Patient, adaptable, and organised
- A team player who loves tech and learning
- Experience in teaching/tutoring is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided
