The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role for someone organised, proactive and keen to build a successful career within a growing construction group. You will support colleagues across the business, maintain accurate records, assist with financial, procurement and administrative processes, and provide a professional service to customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Previous administration, office support or procurement administration experience would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
· Process orders and invoices accurately using Sage and BigChange.
· Coordinate with finance, sales, estimating and operations teams to support smooth communication and workflow.
· Assist with purchase order numbers and general procurement administration.
· Create and maintain customer files and accurate records.
· Ensure purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices are processed accurately onto the CRM system.
· Assist in sourcing and onboarding subcontractors and suppliers.
· Answer telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner.
· Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
What We Are Looking For
· Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service or procurement administration would be preferred.
· A positive, enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable attitude.
· Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
· Experience using Sage, BigChange or CRM systems would be advantageous.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
