Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and public areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work.
- Flexibility to work during evening hours across various locations in London.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve standing for extended periods and lifting light equipment or supplies.
- Own transport is preferred or you must be able to travel locally between properties easily.
