We're looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join the team at Hatch.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for producing our daily range of baked goods, ensuring everything is prepared to the highest standard and ready for opening. You'll work closely with the rest of the Hatch team to maintain consistency, quality, and food safety across everything we serve.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and baking a range of cakes, brownies, traybakes and seasonal specials.
- Producing pastries and other baked goods to Hatch standards.
- Following recipes while maintaining consistency and presentation.
- Managing baking schedules to ensure products are fresh each day.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting ingredient requirements.
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of the team.
- Helping develop new products and seasonal menu ideas.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous baking experience (professional bakery or café preferred).
- Is passionate about quality ingredients and great food.
- Can work efficiently under pressure.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is reliable, punctual and organised.
- Holds a Food Hygiene Certificate (or is willing to obtain one).
- Is happy working early mornings and some weekends.
