MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Magherafelt client. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Packing & Dispatch Operative to join their growing team. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm / Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Carefully packing aluminium windows, doors, and associated components including glazing
- Ensuring all products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
- Labelling packages accurately according to dispatch requirements
- Performing visual quality checks on products prior to packing
- Working closely with fabrication and dispatch teams to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Good attention to detail and manual handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
