The role
As a MINI Sales Expert, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and the trusted guide who helps them find the perfect MINI. From that first hello to handing over the keys, you’ll be at the heart of every step, building relationships that last long after the sale.
You’ll bring the MINI brand to life, showing customers the latest models, features and technology in a way that feels fun, memorable and totally MINI. Whether it’s a first car, a family upgrade, or someone’s dream MINI, you’ll make the journey just as exciting as the destination.
What you’ll need
- A proven track record in sales, ideally within the motor trade
- A natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude and plenty of enthusiasm
- A full UK driving licence
