Oak Tree
Opportunities like this don’t come around often. The Oak Tree is a highly successful and well-supported community pub that continues to deliver impressive year-on-year sales growth, currently trading at approximately £24,000 per week with a healthy 48:52 wet-to-dry sales split. Following a substantial investment two years ago, the pub offers a large main trading area with a central bar, multiple dining and drinking zones, a spacious 5-star EHO-rated kitchen, and a self-contained function room with its own working bar. Located on a busy main road close to Cofton Park and Lickey Hills Country Park, the pub benefits from a loyal customer base of families, diners, retirees, walkers, dog walkers, function guests and weekend drinkers, supported by a successful quiz night and strong community engagement.
We are looking for an experienced, food-led Pub Partner with a proven track record in high-volume hospitality businesses. The successful operator will be comfortable leading from the front, including supporting the kitchen team during peak trading periods, while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service. Strong marketing skills are essential, particularly the ability to maximise the potential of the well-established function room and drive local engagement through community events and promotions. With an experienced team already in place, The Oak Tree presents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious operator to build on an already successful business and take it to the next level.
