Be part of one of South Yorkshire’s most vibrant golf & hospitality venues.
We’re looking for confident, friendly and proactive individuals to join our Golf Shop team.
This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of the club. You’ll be welcoming members and visitors, managing bookings, serving drinks, supporting competitions and events, and helping ensure the shop and bar run smoothly day to day.
Due to the nature of a busy golf & hospitality venue, flexibility is key. Team members may be required to support functions, bar service, general reception duties and wider day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the club operates to the highest standards.

The Role
- Welcoming members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Checking in golfers and managing tee bookings
- Taking phone enquiries and processing reservations
- Preparing and serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks
- Handling shop sales and offering product advice
- Processing cash and card payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organised shop and bar area
- Supporting club competitions, events and private functions
- Assisting with bar and hospitality service during functions when required
- Working closely with the wider hospitality and golf operations team
No two days are the same — especially during peak season.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (essential)
- Confident handling payments and multitasking
- Strong communication skills
- Calm and organised during busy periods
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
- Willingness to support functions and events when needed
- Driving licence (essential)
- Golf knowledge advantageous but not essential
We value personality, work ethic and team spirit just as much as experience.
