Summary
We are currently looking to recruit a Steelwork Draughtsperson/Detailer at our Head Office at Tern Hill, Market Drayton. This is a permanent, full time position (initial 3 month probationary period). Applications are open to both experienced and non experienced candidates, full training will be provided for anyone looking to begin a career in structural steel detailing.
Responsibilities
- Working in our design office, you will be responsible for producing detailed fabrication drawings for the workshop, foundation plans and planning drawings.
- Creating lists and orders for all associated materials.
- Liaising with other staff members, customers and suppliers to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- AutoCAD 2D
- Advanced Steel (Autodesk)
- Any previous experience in a similar environment
- Experience with structural steelwork and cladding
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Be able to work on own initiative.
- Be prepared to make occasional site visits.
- Full training will be given.

Salary
Negotiable competetive salary based on experience.
