What you'll do
- Proactively engage every customer who enters the store.
- Demonstrate premium watches and jewellery with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Build trust and create an outstanding customer experience.
- Convert enquiries into sales and consistently exceed targets.
- Develop repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
- Take pride in maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store standards.

- A natural communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Confident closing high-value sales.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive and results-driven.
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation.
- Someone who thrives on commission and sees targets as an opportunity, not pressure.
What we offer
- £13.50 per hour.
- Uncapped commission with realistic total earnings of £35,000–£45,000+ per year for high performers.
