We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to work 3 days a week on a permanent basis as a job share with our current Service Advisor.
Working Hours:
3 Days Per Week (27 Hours)
*** Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 8.30am to 6.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch ***
We can't offer any flexibility on the working hours, however we might be able to on which days you work but please confirm with your application.
Salary: A minimum of £13.00 per hour - Estimated Salary: £18,252 (Based on 3 days week)
About the role
This is a demanding role which requires someone with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Key Aspects:
· Managing customer enquiries, bookings & providing customer progress updates.
· Working alongside our technicians to schedule bookings to ensure we achieve maximum productivity during each day and meet customer expectations.
· Dealing with our suppliers to order parts and provide quotations
· Maintaining customer records such as vehicle details and service histories accurately and efficiently.
· Invoicing customers and taking payments upon completion
Essential skills
A passion for great customer service and the confidence to resolve any issues that may arise efficiently and in a timely manner.
Demonstrable computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems and applications.
The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable within a busy environment.
Strong communication , with the ability and desire to explain complex information accurately and concisely to help our customers.
Strong organisational skills to schedule work effectively, balancing the needs of the customer and the capacity of the workshop
Ability to prioritise your workload.
A full UK driving licence is a nice to have (but not essential)
