*Overview*
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
It will be a 4 day on 4 day off rota so not suitable for students.
Opening hours are from 5am-10pm so a variety of shifts available.
*Duties*
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on features and pricing
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilise basic maths skills for transactions
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to upsell and drive sales
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy sales environment
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£12.71 per hour
