We are a specialist Solar PV company, with Head office and a Branch in Wombwell Yorkshire covering the North of England. Due to continual success year after year we are looking to recruit another Branch sales manager. The team have achieved this growth through its market leading services, combined with the excellent program in place and the support offered from a talented and experienced management team. As a result of this success, the company is recruiting for a Sales Manager to drive further growth. The right candidate MUST HAVE sales experience in Solar PV and running sales teams in direct sales. This is essential to applying for this role. The nature of the role is face to face design and Sales from the Croydon or Wombwell Branch to a designated Northern region.
The successful candidate will focus on the Solar PV and battery storage division, must have previous management skills, your experience can come from a wide range of backgrounds such as long as there is Solar Energy, Home improvements, B2C Telesales, face to face sales to name a few, along with your natural sales talent, attitude and hard work.
You will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Closing Business for sales reps
- Nurturing a sales team to improve performance
- Building a pipeline of customers
- Manage the logistics of your sales
- Experience of direct sales management
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved via face to face sales if necessary, telephone canvassing and networking in the sector
- Working with sales directors and project managers on a regular basis
- Leasing with the marketing department to improve lead generation
- Expand the sales operation to a national level
- Undertaking daily tasks regarding the branch, from stock deleiveries to audits.
