This position is working on a rotating shift pattern 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am.
The duties of this post include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that goods from each production step meet quality standards, specifications and customers’ requirements by taking samples and carrying out measurements according to sampling plan C-SP-SCU.
- Carrying out compliance checks in line with internal procedures.
- Releasing compatible products to the warehouse and holding non–conforming product for further analysis and actions.
- Producing inspection records and carrying out results’ analysis against tolerance sheet.
- Supervising product compliance whilst daily activities; including lithography change/approval and line startups.
- Operating measuring equipment in accordance with its purpose
The successful candidate must have:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role .
Specific Knowledge of the following:
- Working to product specification and sampling plan
- Compliance to procedures, instructions and policies
- Decision making and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to create reports, analyse results and interpret findings
