Job Summary
Your responsibilities may include:
● Supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal needs
● Promoting independence, dignity, and individual choice
● Following care plans and risk assessments
● Supporting individuals with challenging behaviour, where required
● Reporting safeguarding concerns and maintaining accurate records
● Working professionally with colleagues, families, and care professionals
Applicant Requirements
Applicants must have:
● Relevant care or support work experience
● A good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
● An Enhanced DBS check
● Up-to-date mandatory training
● The right to work in the UK
● At least two suitable professional referees
● Good communication skills
● A reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work
