We are looking for an assistant manager to join our busy cafe, barista and coffee machine experience is essential. Weekend working is essential and days off will be during the week. Cafe opening hours are 9am-4pm. 40 hours per week
Previous experience in hospitality required.
- Maintaining and providing a high standard of service to our customers.
- Supporting the owner and manager in the day to day running of the business.
- Maintaining staffing levels and training to junior staff.
- Maintaining daily procedures and cleaning schedules.
- Serving customers and ensuring quality of products.
- Very occasional evening events.
- Kitchen experience an advantage.
- Some social media work.
- Occasional collection of stock from suppliers where required.
We are a small team so require a can do attitude and want to improve and provide a great service. If you are looking for a busy yet lovely cafe to work in then let us know.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
