I am looking for reliable, patient and proactive Personal Assistant to support me with day-to-day life.
I am a high-functioning adult with Autism (Asperger's) and ADHD (Audhd). I am independent in many areas but benefit from practical support with organisation, appointments, errands and maintaining routines.
I use to be a construction worker and worked part time for most of my life. About 3 years ago I obtained an injury to my left leg that rendered it difficult for me to work and or walk long distances at a fast pace. For the most part my injury does not affect my life but sometimes I need help getting places in time.
I'm a chill but emotional guy that was raised by a very caring foster mother who has taken care of me since I was 7. In light of my neurodiversity I do need someone with a decent amount of emotional intelligence who can appreciate that I just need someone to help me organise my life, stay motivated to continue living a fulfilled life as an independent adult.
I like gaming (this is what I do most of the time), hiking, camping, watching tv, plants and gardening, reading (fantasy) and talking about various interesting topics. I enjoy food and experiences around food or nature.
I don't have pets but if you have a dog - they are welcome to join our appointments. .
I don't like slow walkers, bad/fast drivers, bugs, and people who talk over others.
I would like to get into a better routine, start painting/ get into more exciting hobbies or activities, and exercise so that I can improve my health as much as possible. Sometimes I also struggle with emotional regulations and motivation - someone that can help me with that will be great.
