We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Graduate Trainee Sales Manager Programme. This is a structured development pathway designed to take you from graduate entry level into leadership and management within a typical 9–12 month development programme.
No specific degree required. Whether your background is in business, sport, psychology, marketing, hospitality or something completely different — if you’re motivated, competitive and eager to develop, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Gain

Leadership & Team Development
- Coaching and mentoring new team members
- Leading by example and motivating performance
- Developing confidence in managing people and team dynamics
- Public speaking and presentation skills
Business & Management Training
- Performance tracking, KPI management and reporting
- Business development and growth strategy
- Recruitment, interviewing and leadership fundamentals
- Problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making
- Client liaison, networking and professional relationship management
You’ll work closely with experienced managers and directors who will mentor your development and help you build the skills needed to progress into leadership.
Career Progression Pathway

Stage 1 – Graduate Training & Sales Foundations
Learn the fundamentals of B2B and B2C sales, communication, customer acquisition and business performance.
Stage 2 – Leadership Development
Support coaching, mentor new starters and develop management skills.
Stage 3 – Assistant Management
Take ownership of team performance, recruitment support and client relationships.
Stage 4 – Management
Lead your own team and oversee operations, development and business growth.
Typical progression: 9–12 months, based on performance, development and readiness.
