Opportunity:
We are looking for an ambitious Growth Partner to take ownership of marketing strategy, user acquisition and revenue growth across Ultrane's products.
This is not a traditional employment role. This is a performance-based partnership opportunity for someone who wants to directly benefit from the growth they create.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founder to build repeatable acquisition systems and establish sustainable growth channels.
Responsibilities:
The Growth Partner will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing growth strategies
- Building user acquisition funnels
- Identifying scalable marketing channels
- Managing creator, influencer and partnership opportunities
- Growing online communities
- Improving conversion rates and customer acquisition
- Analysing campaign performance
- Testing and optimising marketing strategies
- Creating repeatable growth systems
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in startup growth, SaaS, apps or consumer technology
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Understands modern digital marketing channels
- Is comfortable working with data and analytics
- Has experience with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, YouTube or paid advertising
- Thinks strategically but can execute quickly

Compensation:
This is a commission-based partnership opportunity.
Compensation includes:
- Uncapped revenue commission based on customers and revenue generated
