Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence – Provide a warm, friendly, and professional service, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience.
- Till & Counter Service – Efficiently process customer transactions, assist with orders, and offer product recommendations.
- Stock Management – Keep displays fully stocked, well-presented, and ensure all products are rotated for freshness.
- Food Hygiene & Safety – Adhere to all hygiene regulations, ensuring high cleanliness standards in food preparation and serving areas.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly, jumping in to assist wherever needed.
- General Cleaning Duties – Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
