This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to take over a well-established majority private list at a modern, recently refurbished practice in the Bradford area.
With a small NHS UDA commitment and no target, your focus here is on patient-led, private dentistry, supported by a steady flow of new private patients. You will join a friendly, well-run team with strong staff retention, in house hygiene support, and genuine clinical freedom. This is a true mixed role with strong long-term earning potential for a dentist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships.

- £150,000+ earning potential with strong long-term prospects
- Small NHS UDA commitment with no target - 725 UDAs per year for each day worked
- £14.85 per UDA
- 45% private split
- Fee per item on private treatment, with competitive private and lab arrangements
- 2 to 4 days per week available, flexible to suit you (except Thursdays)
- Strong, ongoing new private patient flow, managed by a dedicated patient growth team

Who We're Looking For
- GDC registration as a dentist (essential)
- An NHS Performer Number (essential)
- A genuine interest in private and patient-led dentistry
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Dentists at all stages are welcome, including those early in their career, as mentoring and support are available
