Receptionist / Front of House

We’re looking for a warm, welcoming and caring Receptionist / Front of House team member to join our clinic.
At Healthpod Frodsham, we offer a range of wellness and alternative therapy services in a calm, supportive environment. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, has a caring nature, and is passionate about health, wellbeing and alternative therapies.
Hours
● Monday – 5:00pm to 8:00pm
● Tuesday – 5:00pm to 8:00pm
● Thursday – 5:00pm to 8:00pm
● Friday – 5:00pm to 8:00pm
● Every other weekend:
● Saturday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
● Sunday – 8:00am to 3:00pm
About the role
This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping create a calm, friendly and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
This role will include the operating of our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber and Red Light Therapy Bed. Full training will be provided.

● Is friendly, approachable and professional
● Has excellent communication and customer service skills
● Is organised, reliable and able to manage a busy reception area
● Feels confident speaking to clients, taking bookings and handling enquiries
● Works well as part of a team and can use initiative when needed
Responsibilities may include:
● Welcoming clients into the clinic
● Managing bookings and appointments
● Answering phone calls, messages and general enquiries
● Taking payments and assisting with day-to-day reception duties
● Keeping the reception area tidy, calm and welcoming
● Supporting the smooth running of the clinic and helping clients feel looked after
