About Us
72 Dental is a modern, fully private, membership-based dental practice in Coulsdon.
We are focused on high-quality dentistry, excellent patient care, strong long-term patient relationships, and an outstanding patient journey from first enquiry through to treatment completion.
We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Treatment Co-ordinator to join our team.
This is not a standard reception role. This is a patient-facing, performance-driven role for someone who is confident discussing treatment plans, fees, finance, and high-value dentistry.
The Role
Our Enquiry Co-ordinator manages the initial lead handling and consultation bookings. Once a patient is booked for a consultation, the Treatment Co-ordinator takes ownership of the patient journey.
You will guide patients through their treatment options, present fees and finance clearly, manage follow-up, progress cases, and help convert consultations into committed, paid treatment.
You will work closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure each patient receives a smooth, professional, and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through consultations, treatment options, fees, and finance
- Present treatment plans clearly and professionally
- Convert consultations into committed, paid treatment
- Manage and follow up an active patient pipeline
- Work towards monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Discuss finance options confidently and accurately
- Ensure treatment plans, consent forms, finance paperwork, and patient records are completed correctly and on time
- Liaise with clinicians and the wider team to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Support a membership-led approach by helping patients understand the value of long-term care
- Maintain accurate records across practice systems and internal notes
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, commercially aware, and excellent with people.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in treatment coordination, private dentistry, aesthetics, healthcare sales, consultative sales, patient advisory, or another high-value conversion role
- A proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Confidence discussing fees, finance, and high-value treatment plans
- Good objection-handling skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to follow-up
- A professional and polished manner
- The ability to build trust with patients
- Experience in a private or membership-based dental practice would be an advantage
Salary & Bonus
The basic salary is £35,000–£37,000 per year, depending on experience.
A monthly KPI-related bonus is also available based on agreed performance targets.
The bonus is linked to areas such as treatment conversion, revenue performance, patient follow-up, quality of administration, and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
