The role of Administrator:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Liaising with the operations and warehouse teams
- Maintaining and updating stock records
- Processing incoming container shipments
- Completing stock adjustments and delivery administration
- Accurately inputting and maintaining operational data
- Supporting the smooth running of logistics and operational processes
The ideal Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments
This is a temporary Administrator position, urgently needed.
We are recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a busy operations team based in Alfreton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and is confident working with data, stock information and operational processes.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll act as a key link between the operations and warehouse teams, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and communicated effectively.
