Exciting new opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with Michelin or 3 AA rosette experience within a 5* hotel operation to join us on the next leg of our incredible journey.
In this role, you will lead and oversee the operation of The Dining Room restaurant while supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the leadership and management of service across the wider food and beverage offering, including Grey’s restaurant, bar, afternoon tea, and private dining.
You will be responsible for driving exceptional service standards across the department, ensuring a consistent guest experience across all outlets, and delivering overall departmental success. A key focus is on developing, coaching and inspiring the team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
As Restaurant Manager, you will use your natural people management skills to lead and develop our incredible restaurant team, driving our 5* service standards and taking our dining experience to the next level.
