This is an exciting opportunity to join Enigma Security Solutions Ltd as a Porsche Driver Supervisor.
Hours: Mon to Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm Saturday rotation - 8am – 1pM

Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Supervise the daily activities of drivers and coordinate workloads across Service including role allocation and shift fulfilment
· Oversee the performance and conduct of all drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and client expectations
· Undertake driving duties as required to support operational delivery and demonstrate leadership by example
· Monitor and manage driver performance, providing coaching, guidance, and addressing any performance or conduct issues in line with company procedures
· Deliver driver inductions and coordinate ongoing training to ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and client protocols
· Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and high customer service standards across the team
· Support the smooth running of vehicle movements and dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of tasks
· Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, including safe vehicle handling and site compliance
· Liaise effectively with site teams, including workshop, and management, to ensure seamless operational coordination
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required
· Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
What you need:
· To hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 4 years with no more than 3 points
· Previous experience in a driving or supervisory role (desirable)
· Flexible and adaptable to work shift patterns
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· IT and computer literacy
· Strong organisational and leadership skills
· Ability to manage priorities and support a team environment
· To be capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information
· Strong customer service skills
· To be proactive and solution-focused
