Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Prepare small food items when needed. Mostly desserts and doughnuts.
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing friendly, efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe environment for staff and customers
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygiene and quality standards are met
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team in a lively setting
