We are recruiting a
Recovery Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join a well-established
private surgical centre in Glasgow.
This is a
full-time, permanent role within a modern and expanding theatre environment.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality post-anaesthetic recovery care to patients following surgical procedures
- Monitor patients post-operatively, identifying and responding to clinical deterioration
- Work closely with anaesthetists, surgeons, and theatre teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and documentation
The Ideal Candidate
- NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered ODP
- Experience working in Recovery / PACU (any surgical specialty background considered)
- Confident managing post-operative patients in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
