The RAD Hotel Group is a multi-award-winning, family-owned group of hotels across Scotland. With 10 hotels across the West of Scotland and continued growth across the business, we’re looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Reservations Assistant to join our Head Office team in Cumnock.

Our Reservations team operates 7 days a week, with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different lifestyles and commitments.
- Managing hotel bookings and reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
- Using excellent communication and sales skills to maximise room sales and additional revenue opportunities.
- Providing hotels and colleagues with accurate and relevant guest information to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Ensuring all bookings are recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Handling guest enquiries professionally and confidently by telephone and other communication channels.
- Supporting the wider team with general administration and ensuring our reservations process remains accurate, efficient and effective.
- Building positive relationships with guests, potential guests and colleagues across the group.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional approach with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence and enthusiasm when it comes to sales and identifying opportunities.
- A warm and engaging telephone manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to learn and develop.
- Hospitality or reservations experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
