We are seeking an experienced and reliable Support Worker to join the team!
Ocean Recovery is operated by Step One Recovery; a company dedicated to providing excellent treatment at alcohol and drug rehabilitation centres across the UK.
Since Ocean Recovery first opened in 2014, our luxury 13-bed residential treatment facility has provided rehab residents with top-quality around the clock care and treatment.
Located just outside Blackpool town centre, the clinic is an attractive 19th-century building with a beautiful sea view.
What You’ll be Doing
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
- Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for residents.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: £26,436.80 per year
