Position: Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant
Pay: Average OTE earnings from £26,000 per annum (weekly base pay + uncapped commission)
Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers on behalf of clients and build strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Provide clear and engaging product information, tailoring recommendations to meet individual preferences.
- Contribute to individual and team targets.
- Attend networking and industry events to develop professional connections.
- Participate in one-to-one coaching and mentorship sessions with experienced managers to support personal and professional growth.
Progression:
Through performance-based progression, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in several areas:
