Mitchells of Mansfield Ltd is looking for a friendly, organised, and conscientious individual to join our Sales Team in a part-time support role. As a long-established Nottinghamshire logistics business, we pride ourselves on delivering a professional, reliable service and supporting our customers with care and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and working collaboratively within a team. You will contact existing customers by telephone and email, while also using our internal IT systems to update customer information and provide valuable support to the wider sales function.
What we’re looking for:
- Confident, warm telephone manner
- Previous customer relations or telemarketing experience
- Good IT system skills
- A positive, helpful, and professional approach
- The ability to work well as part of a team
Full support and guidance will be provided, including call guidance, system support, and company knowledge.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
