Duties
- Perform professional nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs.
- Provide additional beauty services including eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance clients’ overall look.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to guests’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction.
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and new trends.
- Upsell additional services like deep tissue massage or barbering treatments to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health regulations and salon standards.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews through excellent guest services.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of manicure, pedicure, and nail art skills.
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments is highly desirable.
- Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in social media management to build an online presence and engage with the community.
- Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest satisfaction.
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
