What You'll Be Doing
- Making consistently excellent barista coffees using an artisan machine
- Taking food and drink orders with a smile and a chat
- Serving families at the counter and delivering food to tables
- Keeping the café floor spotless, stocked and flowing – even when it’s busy
- Taking part in toddler craft activities or our weekday mascot shows (yes, really!)
- Creating a calm, friendly atmosphere – even when it’s full and raining outside!
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, friendly personality — you’re great with both kids and adults
- A barista with at least 1 year’s commercial experience (ideally with latte art)
- Someone quick on their feet and calm under pressure
- A great team player who lives our values: Care. Integrity. Enthusiasm.
- Flexible availability including weekends and school holidays
