Are you a passionate Head Chef looking for a role where you can take ownership of the kitchen, shape your own menus and enjoy a great Monday-to-Friday lifestyle?
We're working with a boutique contract catering business that operates multiple sites across the City of London, and they are looking for an ambitious Head Chef to lead the operation at a small, premium corporate events venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef who wants genuine creative freedom and ownership.
You'll take full responsibility for the menus, with the opportunity to develop a food offering that reflects your own style, ideas and personality. The venue hosts corporate events for up to 250 guests, so you'll need to be comfortable producing high-quality food at scale while maintaining excellent standards.
You'll be responsible for:

Taking full ownership of the kitchen and food offering

Creating and developing seasonal menus

Delivering food for corporate events of up to 250 guests

Maintaining consistently high food and presentation standards

Managing and developing the kitchen team

Managing food costs, GP and kitchen budgets

Working closely with the wider events and operations teams

Bringing new ideas and creativity to the food offering
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who is creative, organised and confident running their own kitchen.
Your background could be in events, restaurants, hotels or contract catering, but you'll need to demonstrate strong culinary skills and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food.
Most importantly, they're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to put their own stamp on something and develop alongside a growing business.
