As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Insolvency Associate to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to build a long-term career within insolvency and restructuring.
The Role
The Graduate Insolvency Associate will provide administrative and technical support to the Insolvency Team while developing the knowledge and practical experience required to become a skilled insolvency professional.
Working closely with Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, Managers and Case Administrators, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of personal and corporate insolvency cases and receive structured training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of corporate and personal insolvency appointments.
- Prepare statutory documentation and reports.
- Liaise professionally with directors, creditors, debtors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper case files.
- Assist with investigations into company affairs and financial records.
- Review financial information and supporting documentation.
- Prepare correspondence and case-related documentation.
- Carry out statutory filing requirements within prescribed deadlines.
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders where appropriate.
- Assist with asset realisation activities.
- Conduct research and gather information to support case progression.
- Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Management
- Economics
- Law
- Mathematics
- A related business discipline

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail.

Desirable
- Previous office or placement experience.
- Knowledge of insolvency or restructuring (not essential).
- Experience analysing financial information.
- Full UK driving licence.

Minimum Entry Requirement: Applicants must hold (or be predicted to achieve) a minimum 2:1 Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
Pay: £24,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
