Property Manager
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £27,000–£29,000 per year, depending on experience + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team based in Nottingham City Centre.
This is a varied, hands-on role managing properties across the East Midlands, with a main focus on PBSA, as well as opportunities to get involved with a wide variety of other property types.
The role would suit someone who is organised, confident dealing with people, and comfortable balancing office-based admin with property visits, viewings, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
Previous property experience is preferred, but not essential. The right attitude, reliability, and ability to communicate well with tenants, applicants, contractors, and the wider team are just as important.
Key responsibilities
- Handling enquiries from prospective tenants
- Booking and coordinating property viewings
- Carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
- Supporting the booking process from enquiry through to move-in
- Carrying out property inspections
- Logging maintenance issues accurately
- Tracking maintenance jobs through to completion
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and team members
- Visiting and managing properties across the East Midlands
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Good with people and confident communicating face to face, over the phone, and by email
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable travelling between properties
- Practical and able to identify property maintenance issues
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Professional when dealing with tenants, applicants, and contractors
Requirements
- Own car required
- Mileage paid
- Previous property, lettings, or property management experience preferred but not required
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Based within a commutable distance of Nottingham City Centre

A performance-related bonus is available in addition to the basic salary. This will be based on a combination of individual performance within the role, including accuracy, reliability, task management and contribution to the team, alongside the wider performance of the company. The bonus is intended to reward both personal contribution and the overall success of the business.
