Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Female Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing essential care and support to an individual X 4 call per day plus extra 3 hrs during the week to clean and socialise with the individual. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of the individual in various healthcare settings. Must be a driver with own vehicle. must have DBS on update system , Full training will be provided , previous training would be advantageous to start work right away. Right to work in the UK is essential
Duties
- Driving to different locations as or when required
-Able to provide care calls X4 calls per day and also weekends are essential.
- Providing personal care to individuals according to care plans
- Assisting with medication
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Supporting individuals in their homes
Qualifications
- Experience in home care is advantageous
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with individuals and colleagues
- Ability to drive to different locations for individual care visits
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature
